So, every day, once i arrived home, i am thinking what i’ve done today. Most of it is regrets.

Then i depressed, then allergic come. Fall asleep with guilty feeling.

It does not mean i did something wrong, it just a feeling that i did not enough or too happy or too selfish. Or too obvious or too stupid… Which might other people think it is casual for me.

How to stop the feeling of quilt for doing my own daily normal things? I feel so under achieve in every way
